Healthy Lunch Idea ~ Easy Salad Recipe ~ Dairy Free / Paleo Option (It is also grain and gluten free)
This salad is great for a quick meal idea. I eat this several days a week as my lunch and I’ll also be including this as part of my 7 day detox:
This salad is loaded with ingredients that are beneficial for your body, skin, hair, and nails. Obviously, you can play around with a lot of different options to keep it from getting boring:
-Tuna or salmon, chicken, boiled egg, chickpeas, walnuts/almond/cashews, hemp or chia seeds, radishes, cucumber, zucchini, carrot, tomato, apple, fresh berries, grapes, chopped onion, etc…. I love my local goat cheese but you can easily swap it out for feta or skip cheese altogether to keep it dairy free. I feel a lot better without dairy as part of my diet but for some reason I do fine with goat cheese.
