1 cup Mung Dal ( yellow lentils )
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup deseeded & chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
Salt as per taste
Chopped Spring onions for garnishing
