This is an easy and healthy dessert recipe liked by everyone including kids. In this mixed fruits are served with chilled custard milk mixture.
Points to note :
1) Use chilled or room temperature milk to mix custard powder
2) always cook in low flame after adding custard mix
3) use heavy bottom pan to avoid burning
4) do not make custard too thick as it will further thicken upon cooling
Fruits to avoid :
1) Avoid Fruits with high water content such as melons, or it will
make custard watery
2) Kiwi, Orange, sweet melon makes the custard bitter.
3) Uncooked Pineapple makes the custard bitter
(if you want add cooked pineapple)
4) If adding orange, serve immediately or else it may turn the
custard bitter
