INGREDIENTS:
Idli rice – 2 &1/2 cups
Water – for soaking
Tapioca – 1/2 kilograms (maravalli kilangu)
For spicy dosa:
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves – 1 tablespoon
Ginger chopped- 1/2 teaspoon
Green chillies chopped – 3
Small onion – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 3 tablespoon
Salt – a per taste
For sweet dosa:
Jaggery syrup – 1/3 cup
Cardamom – 3 powdered
Roasted grated coconut – 3 tablespoon
Salt – a pinch
