Today’s recipe is Sooji finger, follow the instructions below to make this tasty and healthy dish–
items required :
(i)Sooji
(ii)Boiled potato
(iii)Oil
(iv)Grated coconut
(v)All purpose flour (maida)
(vi)Coriander leaves
(vii)Salt and Sugar
(viii)Cumin powder
(ix)Water
(x)Chilli flakes
(xi)Green chilli
Steps :
(1) Heat a kadhai and add two cups of water in it. Add 2 teaspoon of oil. And boil it.
(2) After it started boiling, add sooji in it. After 3-4 mins pour it in a vessel and spread it so that it gets cold fast.
(3) Add potato, coconut, salt sugar, maida, chilli flakes, green chilli in it and mix it well.
(4)Take small amount of the mix and make a finger, and so on.
(5) Take a kadhai and pour oil and make it boil.
(6) Add the sooji fingers in it and make it deep fry.
(7) After the fry, take it out and soak it with the help of tissue paper.
And your Sooji FInger is ready !
Garnish it with your favorite items and serve it HOT ..
