Spice Mix Chicken with Veggies:

Ingredients:
1. Butter
2. Chopped garlic
3. Onion small or half cut
4. Mushrooms
5. Chicken
6. Red dry chili flakes
7. Crushed Black pepper
8. Spice mix
9. Water 1 cup
10. Salt
11. Carrots
12. Broccoli
13. Green beans
14. Sweet corn
15. Lettuce
16. Grilled spice mix tomato slice for garnish
17. Grated cheese for garnish
18. Coriander leaves for garnish
Process:
Step 1:
In a pan, add butter, chopped garlic, onion with a pinch of salt to make it soft.
Further add mushrooms, chicken, salt and red chili flakes.
Keep lid and let the chicken release its water and cook in it.
Step 2:
Once the water is released add sweet corn, black crushed pepper and a cup of water.
Mix well and keep lid for a couple of minutes.
Once its 75% cooked add carrot, beans, broccoli and spice mix powder.
Keep stirring and let all the ingredients get completely cooked.
Turn off the flame.
Step 3:
Place lettuce and place the chicken veggies mix on it.
Top it with grated cheese and coriander leaves.
Serve with grilled tomato spice mix slices.
