A healthy and low carb sandwich recipes is a lunchtime favorite for back to school or back to work. These healthy Sandwich recipes are easily pack-able, they are cheap to make and can be a perfect vehicle for complex carbs, good for you fats, fiber packed, packed with veggies and lean protein.

Chicken Sandwich I:
2-3 tbsp Greek yogurt dip
2 slices of whole wheat bread
3-4 thinly sliced poached chicken breast or more as desired
3 slices of tomatoes(I used roma tomatoes but really any round ripe tomatoes will work)
4 spinach leaves or more as desired
Greek Yogurt Dip:
250 grams of plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey for sweetness (optional)
salt+pepper to taste
Chicken Sandwich II:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 poached chicken breast shredded
1/3 cup Greek yogurt dip
1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
1/3 cup dried cranberries+raisins
salt+pepper to taste
Avocado+Egg Sandwich:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 ripe avocado
4-5 thinly sliced cucumber
salt+pepper to taste
Veggies+Cheese Sandwich:
2 slices whole wheat bread
2-3 tbsp yogurt dip
3 slices of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar and red hot cheese) or your preferred cheese slices
1 large leaf of romaine lettuce cut into two
4 slices or tomatoes
7 thin slices of cucumber
4 spinach leaves or more as desired
