Ingredients
1 Teaspoon canola oil
1/2 teaspoon black mustard seed
1/4 teaspoon Hing
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 Chilli
1 cup hung yogurt
1 Medium Grated beetroot
1 pinch salt
5-6 Curry leaves
Description:
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, and add mustard seeds,Hing,Jeera,Curry Leaves,Green Chilli.
Stir for about 10 seconds, and remove from heat.
Step 2
In a large bowl, gently stir yogurt with beets. Stir in mustard and cumin seeds, and season with salt to taste.
