tomato-1 finely chopped
capsicum-1 finely chopped
coriander-1/2 tbsp
salt as per taste
oil – for frying
Chillies-2/3
cheese slice-3/4
METHOD
MIX EGG AND ALL VEGIES,SALT AND CORIANDER AND CHILLIES
TOGETHER,
THEN PUT A CHEESE SLICE IN BETWEEN AND MAKE A SANDWICH
THEN PUT THE CHEESE STUFFED BREAD INTO EGGS AND COAT WELL
THEN FRY IT IN PAN UNTIL COOKED
ENJOY WITH SAUCE OR SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY.
