RECIPE FOR CHICKPEA MASH:
I doubled the recipe, makes about 3-4 sandwiches

2 cans of chickpeas
3-4 tablespoons of tahini
1 teaspoon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Separate the skin from the bean, the mash into the desired consistency (this takes a few minutes!). Add in the seasonings and mix. Serve on sourdough bread or on a salad. Enjoy!
