TRY THIS AMAZING DISH.. THE KEY INGREDIENT IS OUR TURMERIC LATTE BLEND, AS IT HAS THE RIGHT BALANCE OF SPICE TO LIFT THE FLAVOUR & BRING OUT THE NATURAL SWEETNESS OF THE CAULIFLOWER .
Ingredients
1 large Cauliflower
1/4 cup EVOO
1 tablespoon Turmeric Latte
1/2 teaspoon Pink Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 deg
line baking tray
cut 1 large cauliflower into 1.5cm slices
cook the cauliflower steaks in a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil until golden
Transfer to baking tray
whisk
1/4 cup Olive Oil, 1 tablespoons Turmeric Latte , 1/2 tspn salt
brush over steaks
roast Cauliflower for 15 mins or until tender & crisp
remove & serve
With the off cuts you can coat with the Turmeric marinade , simply blend the EVOO with the Turmeric Latte blend & salt.
& cook on the stove top until golden
Top with coconut yoghurt, hazelnuts, raisins /cranberries, pepitas, black sesame seeds & fresh parsley!!!
