Hello guys, welcome to my channel, Smart Cooking By Atithi. Hope you all are doing well!! Today’s recipe is Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cake . A nutrient rich cake made with bananas, whole wheat and oats. Apart from the healthy ingredients, and the fibre from oats, the flavor of the bananas totally makes this a winner. Soft and moist, a perfect breakfast or a tea time cake.
Lets prepare the most healthiest Banana Oatmeal cake at home.
Ingredients:
4 Bananas
1 tsp of cardamom powder
1 egg
½ cup of butter
2 table spoons of crushed flax seeds
1 cup of Maida
1 cup of Oats- powdered
2 table spoons of curd
Salt to taste
½ tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of baking soda
¼ cup of Hershey`s chocolate syrup
½ cup of Jaggery powder
2 table spoons of oil

Method:
In a big mixing bowl take bananas, add cardamom powder and smash with a masher until its become mushy. Ina separate bowl add egg, butter and whish it until its forthy.
Add flax seeds powder, maida, oats powder, curd, baking powder, baking soda, Hershey`s chocolate, jaggery powder, egg butter mixture, oil and mix thoroughly with a whisker. Make sure there should not be any lumps.
Now grease the baking tray, pour the batter and bake it for 20 mins in 180 degree celcious for 20 mins.
Preparation time- 35-40 mins
Serve for- 3-4
