Ragi Dosa |

Ingredients
Ragi flour – 150 grams
Semolina flour – 50 grams
Rice flour – 50 grams
Curd – 100 grams
Water – 200 ml
Chopped onion – 1
Chopped curry leaf – 10
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chilli – 1
Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 100 ml
Cooking oil

Preparation
In a large mixing bowl add ragi flour, semolina flour, rice flour and curd. whisk well. Add water in parts and whisk well. Add chopped onion, chopped curry leaf, cumin seeds, salt, chopped coriander, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and black pepper. Mix well and rest for 15-20 minutes. add more water abd mix well.
Grease and heat the pan. Spread batter to a thin ragi dosa. Drizzle sone oil on the sides. Flip after sometime.
