Ingredients to Make Egg Chutney Sandwich –

For Chutney –

– 1 cup Mint Leaves
– 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
– 2 Green Chillies
– 1/2 inch Ginger
– 2 Garlic Pods
– 1/4 tsp Salt
– 1 tsp Lemon Juice

To assemble the sandwich

– 2 Bread Slices
– 2 Eggs, boiled
– 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder

Method to Make Egg Chutney Sandwich –

1) Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, ginger, garlic and lemon juice is a hand blender and blend it till it becomes a smooth mixture, and your chutney is ready.
2) To assemble the sandwich, take two slices of bread, spread the chutney on each slice of bread.
3) Slice the boiled eggs and place them one of the bread slices and sprinkle pepper powder on it.
4) And place the other slice of bread over it and cut diagonally across the bread.
5) Egg Chutney Sandwich is ready to be served.
