I am once again on a challenge to lose around 10kg in a month.
This video is meals for Day 5.
I am sharing my Low caloriet diet plan, daily recipes and grocery list that has helpedg me lose my pregnancy weights quickly. 10kgs in one month.
Last Eid I was 78kgs and now I am 63kgs in just 6weeks.
It is tried and tested and a healthy diet.
I would like to help other mummies who are struggling with weight lose in order to prevent weight related health issues.
