Malpua Recipe
Ingredients
Atta -50 gm
Sooji – 50 gm
Maida-50 gm
Desi khand – 120 gm
1 glass and 2 Tablespoon Milk
Few fennel seeds and whole black pepper
Ghee for Frying
Method
Mix all the ingredients except ghee.
Keep it for 2 hours
Take Tawa and put 2 Tablespoon ghee
Fry malpuas
Serve with Rice kheer or Sooji Halwa😊
