This is my go to healthy/low carb hot chocolate recipe. I didn’t add exact measurements because everything is to taste, but I usually do 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 2 tbsp cacao powder, about 1 tbsp of monk fruit/erythritol (use less if you decide to go with stevia).
I’m adding whipped cream to make it more fun for the holidays, but you can totally skip that step to make it even healthier and completely dairy-free..
