HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES FOR KIDS | 2 VERY HEALTHY & EASY BREAKFAST RECIPES
In this video I am sharing 2 breakfast ideas that are easy, healthy and great for both kids & adults. I hope you like these recipes.

Apple & Banana Muffins
150g or 1 cup + 2 tablespoons Flour (You can use All Purpose Flour or Whole Wheat Flour/Atta, I have used both)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Banana
2 Small to Medium Sized Apple
100 ml or 1/2 cup Milk
40g Butter or 3 tablespoons of Melted Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract/Essence
1 Egg at room temperature
1tablespoon Honey (optional)
Mix all the wet ingredients with mashed banana & peeled, grated apple. Add the dry ingredients. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tray & bake in pre heated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until they turn brown and a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.

Breakfast Egg Muffins
4 Eggs
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Capsicum
7-8 chopped Mushrooms
Handful Spinach
Handful Grated Cheese
In a pan saute onion, capsicum, mushroom & spinach. Whisk the eggs & add salt & pepper. Add a teaspoon of the sauteed vegetables in each muffin case. Pour eggs on top & sprinkle some grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for around 10 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
