This chutney is very simple to make.

The spiciness can be adjusted according to your taste.

This same technique can be used to make various vegetable chutneys……
*Tori/Berakaya chutney
*Bottlgourd/Sorakaya chutney
*Gherkins/Ivygourd/Dondakaya chutney
*Brinjal chutney

Cabbage-Carrot Chutney Ingredients
*Cabbage – 200gms (1/4th pc)
*Carrot, grated – 1 big
*Tomatoes, chopped – 2 big
*Green Chillies – 9-10
*Garlic pods – 12-15
*Tamarind paste – 2-3 tsp
*Jeera – 1 tsp
*Oil – 3-4 tsp
*Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
*Salt to taste
*Coriander leaves (optional)

Note:- Tempering can also be given to this chutney. Just follow the technique that I have given in the Beetroot Chutney recipe. Tempering will improve the taste of the chutney.
