Makhana Chivda|Makhana Mazaa|Delicious Makhana|Masala Makhana|Makhana Namkeen|Foxnut Recipes

Hey All,Today we will be making a healthy and tasty recipe which is known as Makhan Chivda or Makahana Namkeen (Foxnut) .It goes well with a cup of tea or coffee or you can have it just like that.
Ingredients Required
Makhana (Foxnut) 1 Bowl
Peanuts ¼ cup
Cashews 8-10
Ghee (clarified butter) 1 tablespoon
Salt
Redchilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Mint leaves
Few curry leaves
Green chillies 2 chopped

Method of Making Makahana Chivda
Step 1:- Dry roast makhana for 3-4 minutes check in between if they break that means they are done and keep them aside
Step 2:-in the same pan take ghee followed by peanuts and cashews roast them till they change color
Step 3:- Add green chillies ,curry leaves and turmeric cook for few seconds
Step 4:- Add roasted makhana,salt,redchilli powder,chaat masala and mint leaves mix well and its done
