making a cake for my 14th birthday because no one else would
its my birthday… yay. so for my 14th birthday i thought to make myself a birthday cake BUT what if we made the cake healthy. This is my healthy recipe of how to make a chocolate cake (with no butter) + Italian Meringue Frosting (A marshmallow filling instead of frosting with butter and sugar). Was this cake satisfying like those satisfying cake cutting/decorating videos? probably not. Healthy Chocolate Cake Recipe + Italian Meringue:
For the cake:
1 1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup of cocao powder
1/2 cup of low calorie sugar (splenda, stevia, coconut.. doesnt matter)
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
2 eggs, large
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup of unsweetened milk (cashew milk is lowest in calories, 20 cals)
spank of vanilla extract
For the Italian Meringue:
4 eggs, white
cup of sugar
1/4 tsp of starch
squirt of honey
vanilla extract

I think its important to eat healthy and learn lower calorie recipe but when you crave something, just eat a fricking cinnamon roll.
