Ingridents :
Daliya 1 1/2 katori
1 finely chopped potatoes
1 finely chopped onion
chopped Broccoli
finely chopped spring onions
finely chopped ginger garlic and green chillies
vegetable oil
salt
cumin seeds & mustard seeds
Kashmiri lal mirch ( red chilli powder)
Black pepper Powder
Turmeric
curry leaves for decoration
1 glass water for cooking daliya.
Take a pressure cooker and add 1 1/2 katori daliya add water and wait untill 2 whistles.
After 2 whistle daliya is done.
In a kadhai take some vegetable oil, when the oil is hot add cumin seeds and mustard seeds together. Now add chooped onions, green chiiles and ginger garlic and fry it a little. After the onions change its color add chooped potato, broccoli capsicum and sprig onions and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add salt, black pepper and red chilli powder as per taste, also add half a table spoon of turmeric anf mix all tge spices well with the mixture.
Now add the cooked daliya into the mixture and mix it well. turn off the gas and sprinkle spring onions on top for the crunchy taste.
Daliya upma is ready, garnish itvwith curry leaves.
