This healthy chocolate pumpkin bars recipe is the perfect low sugar snack to enjoy through the week. It is packed with nutrients and antioxidants from the dark chocolate and also suitable for a low sugar diet or low carb dessert.

How to make this Chocolate Pumpkin Bars Recipe:
Get a blender ready, Pour 200g of pumpkin seeds, 50g of pitted dates, and 1 scoop of whey protein into the blender and blend for 1minute.
Then add 100g of peanut butter and blend till it mixes well and turns into dough.
Once it’s done, spread the dough on an oven pan to create a square shape. Add 50g of walnuts, pulse the walnuts to make a crunch.
Then spread the walnuts on the dough evenly.
Lastly, add 100g of dark chocolate (melted), and spread evenly on the dough. Leave to sit for 1hr and then cut into small sizes.
Enjoy 1 or 2 each day and store the rest in an airtight container and consume within 7days.
