Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 medium blanched broccoli florets
1 cup colored capsicums diced in small cubes
2tsp oil
2tsp finely chopped garlic( lehsun)
2tsp finely chopped ginger and green chilly
2 whole dry kashmiri red dry chillies, broken into pieces
1 medium size onion thinly sliced
1tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method
1.Heat a non stick pan with 2tsp oil.

2.Add garlic and kashmiri red chillies and saute for 30 sec.

3.Add onion, ginger and green chilly. Saute for 1 min on medium flame.

4. Add capsicums and saute on medium flame for 1 min.

5. Add broccoli and saute for 1 min on medium flame

6. Add brown rice, soy sauce and salt. Mix and saute for 2 min on medium flame.

7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
