Veg Tiranga Sandwich

Ingredients
Mint leaf – 25 grams
Coriander leaf – 25 grams
Chopped green chilli – 2
Chopped tamarind – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Grated fresh coconut – 50 grams
Grated fresh coconut – 50 grams
Dried red chilli – 6
Chopped tamarind – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 4 tablespoons
Bread slice – 4
Half sliced capsicum –
Half sliced tomato
Bread with butter slice – 2
Grated cheese – 1 tablespoon

Preparation
In a grinder add mint leaf, coriander leaf, chopped green chilli, chopped tamarind, salt and grated fresh coconut. Grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
In a grinder add grated fresh coconut, dried red chilli, chopped tamarind, salt and water. Grind to a smooth paste. keep aside.
Take 4 slices of bread and remove sides. Apply coriander and mint paste and keep sliced capsicum on 1 slice of the bread. Apply coconut and red chilli paste and keep tomato slices on 2 bread slice. Apply butter on 2 slices of bread. Stack butterd slice on top of green slice and sprinkle grated cheese. Keep orange slice on top of butter and cheese slice and the other buttered slice on top. Slice the sandwich from middle.
