When I’m dieting down for a cutting phase, I’m not really the type to get many cravings for certain foods. However, Nutella is absolutely a weakness of mine.
Unfortunately just 15g (less than you think) of Nutella is 80 calories, which is expensive on your calorie bank, and it is primarily sugar and fats, which again, is tough to fit into your macros.
So I was determined to figure out a recipe to make a low calorie, low fat, high protein version of Nutella – turns out it was pretty easy, and it is better than I could have hoped for.
All you need to make this is:
– Powdered Peanut Butter
– Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
– Hazelnut Flavdrops/Sweetener
