50 Calorie Hot Chocolate | LOWCARB – PALEO – IIFYM – SUGAR FREE

I love some sweet, smooth hot cocoa on a cold day, especially this time of year! But you know what I do not like, setting aside 30 grams of carbs in my day to enjoy one, never mind to 10 grams of fat. This is the recipe I came up with that allows me to have hot chocolate anytime, minus the guilt. It takes 2 minutes and 30 seconds in the microwave and ta-dah, a creamy macro-friendly treat that will not break the carb bank!

It only takes 3 ingredients:
