Follow these simple steps to make your own healthy, protein-packed and delicious wraps!

Ingredients:
Shredded Chicken Breast
1x Carrot
1x Cucumber
1x Celery
2x Eggs
1x Cos Lettuce
Coconut Oil
Celtic sea salt
Black Pepper

Steps:
1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and add salt and pepper
2. Wisk egg until mixed fully in the bowl
3. Turn on stove to a medium temperature and spray coconut oil onto your pan
4. Pour mixture evenly into the pan to get a nicely formed egg wrap
5. Once egg has cooked through flip the wrap and cook on the other side
6. Slice up your carrot, cucumber, celery and lettuce and put them in your wrap with the chicken
7. Wrap the egg wrap carefully around ingredients careful not to rip or tear you wrap
