“SEASONAL” VEGAN PIE

for the dough:
-220g almonds
-60g dates
-140g cashews
for cream:
-240g coconut cream
-80g agave syrup
-45g coconut oil
for decoration:
-any seasonal fruits
Soak dates and cashews in water separately for at least 4 hours (overnight).
Grind almonds to flour.
Add dates and a little salt to the flour.
Mix everything thoroughly and put it in a mold.
This will be the “dough”.
We preheat the oven by 160 degrees, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Grind all the ingredients for the cream in a mixer.
Fill in the dough and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Decorate with seasonal fruits before serving.
I also sprinkle with coconut chips.
