Non dairy milks have gain great popularity in the recent times. These plant based milks are healthy, highly nutritious specially if you are planning to go vegan. They are also good if you are planing to lose weight. So today I will show you how to make 3 Best Dairy Free plant based milk. Almond milk, Soya milk,coconut milk these milk with just 2 ingredients and use them for baking, curries, smoothies , soups or drink as it is. So let’s learn to make some vegan milk

Ingredients for soy milk
1 Cup Soybean
1.5 ltr water
Orange Soybean milk smoothie
1 cup orange juice
1.5 cup soy milk
1-2 tbsp honey/sugar

Ingredients for coconut milk
1 medium size Fresh coconut
1.5 ltr water
Refreshing pineapple coconut milk smoothie
1 cup fresh pineapple (chopped)
1.5 cup coconut milk
1-2 tbsp honey/sugar

Ingredients for Almond milk
1 cup – Almonds
4-5 cup water

Banana Almond milk smoothie
1 banana
1.5 ltr Almond milk
1-2 tbsp honey/sugar
