Today I’d like to show you how to make healthyprotein bread. The recipe is gluten-free, soy-free and vegan.

Here is the recipe:
-Split peas (soaked overnight)- 200g dry weight
-Oil- 30g
-Psyllium husks- 2tbsp
-Water- 100ml
-Apple cider vinegar- 1tbsp
-Baking soda- 3/4tsp
-Salt
In a food processor process peas, water, salt oil, then add psyllium husks, baking soda and apple cider vinegar and mix again. Let the batter rest for 15 to 20 min then form the bread and bake for 45 min at 190°C.Enjoy!
