** Ingredients
Wet harbara daal / ola harbara / solana
Spinach leaves
Bhajake pohe crumbs
1 bowl chopped coriander
1 bowl chopped spring onion
1 bowl boiled & mashed potato
Mint
Cheese
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon chat masala
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon hot spices
2 teaspoon saindhav salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon asafoetida powder
2 teaspoon green chilli paste
Ginger garlic paste
2 to 3 green chilli
Tomato ketchup
2 tablespoon roasted chana dal pith
Some cashew
Oil

** Procedure
Take a pot. Put pot on gas. Gas flame is on. Put some water. When water is hot ,put spinach leaves for 1 min.
Take a mixer. Put coriander ,mint ,1 teaspoon saindhav salt ,1 teaspoon cumin ,1 teaspoon lemon juice ,2 to 3 green chilli. Take out this from mixer. This green chutney is ready.
Take a pot. Put cold water from fridger & that spinach leaves put in this water. That’s why color of spinach doesn’t affect. It remains green.
Take a pan. Put pan on gas. Gas flame is on. Put 2 to 3 teaspoon oil. When oil is hot ,put 1 teaspoon asafoetida powder ,ginger garlic paste. Gas flame is medium. Put spring onion ,1 teaspoon cumin ,some cashew ,green chilli paste ,hot spices ,ola harbara. Fry this for 3 to 4 min. Put the lid on. Kept this for 2 min.
When this is completely cold ,take a mixer. Put this in mixer & add spinach leaves. Take out this from mixer.
Take a big pot. Put this mixture in it. Add chana dal pith ,boiled & mashed potato ,1 teaspoon chat masala ,1/2 nutmeg powder ,coriander ,1 teaspoon saindhav salt. Add bhajake pohe crumbs. Mix it very well & make a dough.
Take a pan. Put pan on gas. Gas flame is on. Put some oil. Apply some ghee on hand. Take small ball of dough. Put 1 cheese piece in it. Make a ball. Press it very well. Apply 1 cashew on it. Add bhajake pohe crumbs in plate. Coat it with bhajake pohe crumbs. When oil is hot ,gas flame is medium & throw this pattice in oil & shallow fry.
This Olya harbarache green pattice is ready to eat.
Eat this pattice with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
