Healthy and delicious lettuce salad recipe. This salad is combined of fruits and vegetables. Perfect for dinner for the whole family or anytime you want to eat a delicious lettuce salad.

INGREDIENTS & PRODUCTS USED:
Kikkoman Soy Sauce:

INGREDIENTS:
1 head green leaf lettuce, washed and sliced
A cup of white cabbage, finely chopped
1 small carrot, grated
15-20 chives leave, sliced
1/2 cup pomegranate
1 sweet potato, baked in the oven
100 grams (3.5 oz) of 5% Bulgarian cheese
3-4 fresh figs
A handful of natural pecans (about 50 grams, 1.7 oz)
Sauce ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy
1/4 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rinse and dry the lettuce well. (It is best to wash it a few hours before you want to prepare the salad so that the lettuce dries).
2. Cut sweet potatoes into small cubes and place on a baking sheet. Put some olive oil and coarse salt and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are slightly browned.
3. Grate carrots. Cut white cabbage into thin pieces and mash it with your hands. Cut lettuce into thin pieces. Cut chives into 3 parts.
4. Roast pecans on a pan for about 3 minutes.
5. Cut each fig into 6 pieces.
6. Cut Bulgarian cheese into small squares.
7. Place all the ingredients in a large serving bowl in order (not a must. It’s more for visibility).
8. In a sauce maker, mix honey, olive oil and soy. Pour the sauce a moment before you want to eat from the salad and not long before.

COMMENTS/ UPGRADES:
• Those who are vegan can give up Bulgarian cheese.
• You can increase or decrease the amounts of ingredients in the recipe.
