Ingredients for Methi Masala Dhokla:

Semolina (Suji) 3/4 Cup
Gram Flour (Besan) 1/4 Cup
Curd (Dahi) 1/2 Cup
Fenugreek Leaves(Methi) 1 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya) 2 TBSP
Water (Pani) 3/4 Cup
Crushed Ginger (Adrak) & Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 1 TBSP
Salt (Namak) as per taste
Sugar (Cheeni) 1/2 TSP
Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) 1/2 TBSP
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 TBSP
Cooking Oil 4 TBSP
Baking Soda 1/4 TSP
Mustard Seeds (Sarson) 1/2 TBSP
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 1/2 TBSP
Sasame Seeds (Til) 1 TBSP
