1 lbs Brussel Sprouts
2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Onion Powder or Garlic Powder
½ cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese
½ Fresh Lemon
1 tsp Kosher Salt
Black Pepper to Taste
