Hi friends, how are you all of you? I hope life is going good. This time I am presenting a very simple yet healthy salad recipe- POTATO CUCUMBER SALAD. Salad got lots of variation all around the world because it is healthy and lovable to all. One can consume Salad as a single meal or one can have it with lunch or dinner or any other time of the day. The simple form of salad that I made is really very tasty and takes very short time to prepare. So prepare it and have it in the morning, in your lunch or in dinner.

Ingredients-
Boiled potatoes- 2 medium sized, cut into small pieces
Cucumber- 1 medium sized, chopped.
Chopped tomato- 2 medium sized
80% boiled Yellow peas- ¼ tsp
Chopped onion- 1 medium sized
Chopped green chillies- 3
Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger- ½ tsp
Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
Mustard oil- 1 tsp
Salt- as required.
