Ingredients :
Raw rice -1 cup , washed and soaked for 6 hours or 1 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup – curd
1/2 tsp – baking soda ( optional)
Boiled potato – 1 ( big size)
Grated carrot – 1 cup
Beans – 2 pcs – finely chopped (optional)
Cabbage – filely chopped – 4 tbsp (optional)
Capsicum – 4 tbsp chopped – 4 tbsp (optional)
Chopped onion ( 1 big size ) or 12 shallots which are chopped
Chopped coriander leaves -handful
Chopped curry leaves – handful
1 tsp – ginger finely cut into pieces
2 chopped green chilies
Hing powder ( optional)
Salt

This is a very healthy breakfast. Instead of soaking the rice for 5 – 6 hours , we can use the rice flour and go ahead with the breakfast preparation. We add vegetables like boiled potato, grated carrots , shallots which enhances the nutrition value of this breakfast. Add desi ghee while cooking .
