Veggie stir fry recipe
This is a healthy and nutritious veg dish. Its a good recipe if on a diet, weight loss diet or vegan diet.
Can be eaten plain just like a salad or as a side dish with roast chicken or turkey for Christmas or Thanksgiving.

Ingredients:
Oil- 2tbsp
Garlic- 8-10 nos
Beans- 10-12 nos
Mushrooms- 7-8 nos
Baby corns- 7-6 nos
Carrots- 2 med size
Bell pepper= c1 red and 1 yellow
Broccoli- 8-10 florets [Cooked in boiling water with salt for 10mins]
salt- as per taste
Oregano-1 tsp
Parsley- 1tsp
Chili flakes- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1tsp
