Ingredients:
1.Radish
2.Salt
3.1greenchilli
4.1tomato
5.curry leaves
6.coriander
Grate radish in a bowl and keep it aside. Heat a tadka pan and add 1 teaspoon oil, once the oil is hot add curry leaves, cumin, mustard seeds, chilli, chopped coriander leaves and salt 1 by 1 and mix well for 19sec.
Now add 1 chopped tomato to the radish and give a mix. Add the tadka once dropped to room temperature and mix. Helathy tasty salad is ready to eat.
