I am used to make classic home bread, so here, I decided to try baguette type bread, improving a bit the original recipe & share it with you.

Recipe:
Warm water 1 cup
White sugar 1 tbsp.
Dry Yeast 1 1/2 tbsps.
Flour 2 cups + 1/2 extra ( for kneading & dusting)
Salt 1 tsp
Bread brushing: I recommend to brush it with only water or water-milk 50/50 blend.
I baked in an aluminum baguette tray.
Sesame seeds (optional)

Rise time duration:
1st rise period : 45 minutes. 2nd rise time (before baking) 45 min – 1 hour.
I leave it in a warm place well covered. Dough like a shade. If it is not warm enough, it will take more time.
