For Tahini Paste:

Sesame seeds – 1 Cup
Water – 1/3 Cup

For Hummus:

Chickpeas – 250 gm
Olive Oil – 3 tbs
Lemon Juice
Black Pepper
Fresh Palak leaves
Fresh Coriander leaves
Paprika (Chilli) powder – 1 tsp
Salt – As per taste
Tortilla Chips

Note: You can Store Tahini Paste in Refrigerator for about 15 Days.
You can use any bread instead of Tortilla Chips.
