GARAM MASALA-1 TEA SPOON
SALT-1 TEA SPOON
CHILLI POWDER-2 TABLE SPOON
OIL-1 TABLE SPOON
PROCEDURE:
TAKE 500GMS OF CHICKEN
ADD 1/2CUP CARD,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1 TEA SPOON CORIANDER JEERA POWDER,1 TEA SPOON GARAM MASALA,1 TEA SPOON SALT,2 TABLE SPOON CHILLI POWDER (you can add lemon juice if you want)
MIX IT WELL WITH CHICKEN AND MARINATE IT FOR 1 HOUR
NOW SWITCH ON THE FLAME PUT A KADAI
ADD 1 TABLESPOON OIL INTO IT
SLOWLY ADD CHICKEN PIECES ONE BY ONE THE WATER FROM CURD RELEASES FROM THE CHICKEN PUT A LID
ON MEDIUM FLAME PUT THE LID FOR 15-20MTS(depending on the tenderness of chicken)
ONCE IT’S COOKED OPEN THE LID AND FRY IT ON BOTH SIDES
THE ENTIRE PROCESS SHOULD BE DONE ON MEDIUM FLAME
ONCE IT IS ROASTED ON BOTH SIDES SWITCH OFF FLAME
SERVE IT
