Ingredients for Aloo Puri Dough
one cup wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
water as required
2 medium boiled potatoes (grated)
1 Tsp onion pest
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic pest
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to test
Oil as Required
Ingredients For Pyaz ka Paratha( Onion Paratha)
For Paratha Dough
one cup wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
water as required
For Stuffing
2 Medium Size Onion Finely Chopped
1 Green Chilli Finely Chopped
1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Dried mango powder
1/2 Garam Masala
Salt According to Test
Oil as Required
Dough for Plain and Soft Paratha
