Ingredients-
6 to 8 ripe medium-sized tomatoes 🍅
2 tbsp channa dal – Washed and soaked for 15 mins
3 medium-size carrots
1 small chunk of cabbage
1 and1/2 inch ginger
5 to 6 basil leaves (optional)
Fresh green coriander leaves
2 – bay leaves
2 – pieces cinnamon sticks
8 to 10 peppercorns
Water as required
3/4 tsp black salt
3/4 white salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 and 1/2 tsp sugar
Cream for garnishing (optional)
