My banana bread recipe has gone HEALTHY! This “Banana Bread Muffins” are a crowd pleaser and personal favorite with a special twist. You will now even fell they are healthy because of how moist and sweet they are. Today I give you my SECRET on how to achieve the perfect banana flavored baked good every single time.
Banana Muffins
Dry ingredients
• 1/2 cup Almond Flour
• 1/2 cup Oat Flour
• 1 Scoop Whey Protein
• 1 tbsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 cup Stevia
• 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
Humid Ingredients
• 2 Ripe Bananas
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
• 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven at 250 degrees F
2. In a bowl mix your dry ingredients
3. Then integrate you bananas and the rest of your humid ingredients and whisk with a fork
4. Then fold the ingredients with a spatula until you have a thick and uniform batter
5. Pour your mixture in your greased (with coconut oil) muffin tins with a ¼ cup measurement.
6. Add toppings of preference, we added chocochips, almond butter and more caramel sauce,
7. Bake for 20 to 25 min of until golden on top.
8. Let cool, remove from muffin tins and store
9. This recipe makes 12 muffins
