It’s a new year! A time for new goals, opportunities and interests. How about adding healthy home baked bread to the list? No more shopping for the ideal bread, when you can make a perfect batch at home.
Recipe:
-500g (4.35 cups) spelt flour
-100ml thick fresh yogurt (plant based for vegans)
-4 tablespoons coconut oil
-2-3 tablespoons coconut sugar
-1 teaspoon sea salt
-3 teaspoon baking powder
-300ml oat milk (Oatley Barista edition)
-500g Dinkelmehl (Typ 1050 oder Vollkorn)
-100ml frische Jogurt
-4 Esslöffel Kokosnuss Öl
-2-3 Esslöffel Kokosnuss Zucker
-1 Teelöffel Meersalz
-3 Teelöffel Backpulver
-300ml Haferflocken Milch (Oatley’s Barista Edition)
Preheating & Baking
-Preheat oven 200C (392F)
-Bake at 170C for 35mins (338F)
Vorheizen & Backen
– Ofen vorheizen 200C
– Backen für 35 Minuten 170C
