Hi guys! Here’s a very easy, yummy, and healthy egg sandwich recipe. I hope you give at a try!

Ingredients:

6 small eggs
1 small onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of smoked paprika

Greens: spring onions, cucumbers, or lettuce
