This delicious pecan pie is packed full of bone-healthy nutrients, and free of refined sugar and refined flour. So you don’t have to feel guilty about this dessert!

Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
½ tsp cinnamon
3 egg whites
½ cup honey
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ tsp baking soda
Blueberries to garnish

Directions:
1. In a dry frying pan, stir fry almond flour and cinnamon until mixture is toasted, about 8-10minutes. Set aside to cool.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff; when white are beginning to stiffen, pour in honey in 3 batches, beating well after each addition.
3. Combine toasted almond flour mixture, baking soda, and pecans in a mixing bowl and gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.
4. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
5. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool. Serve with honey-sweetened SCD yogurt, if desired. Enjoy!
