These anabolic enchiladas will be a perfect addition to your weight loss meal plan. When coming up with low calorie recipes for weight loss dinner can be tricky, but the awesome thing about these is that they are super easy, low calories, and you can meal prep them ahead of time!

Your friends, family or whoever will be super impressed and will have NO IDEA that this is a low calorie recipe!

FULL RECIPE:

Ingredients-
(Makes 8 Enchiladas)

1 Pound of Cooked 96/4% Lean Ground Beef
280g of 2% Mexican Cheese
8 Low Carb Wraps (80 calorie or less)
3 Cups of Enchilada Sauce
28g of Fat Free Feta Cheese

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Pickled Jalapenos
Diced Tomatoes

Directions-

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add 1/3 C. of enchilada sauce on bottom of a sheet pan. Spread evenly. Lay out 8 tortilla. Add Around 1/3 C. of ground beef to each tortilla. Add around 1/4 C. of sauce to each tortilla, making sure to reserve 1 Cup for the top of the enchiladas. Spread 1/4 C. of Mexican Cheese to each tortilla. Roll tightly and add to sheet tray. Cover with the rest of enchilada sauce, remaining mexican cheese, and fat free feta. Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with additional toppings, serve, and ENJOY!
