Ingredients for gyro:
Chicken ( white or dark meat. Your preference.)
Pita bread. I use a heart friendly one from Walmart that tastes good.
Greek Yogurt
Cucumber
Paprika
Cumin
Dried Oregano
Salt and pepper

Ingredients for Oat Bread: ( This is for a single loaf. I doubled it in video.)
1/4 cup quick cooking oats plus more for topping
1/2 cup oat flour. You can make your own by grinding oats in a food processor.
2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
Either you can just use 2 cups bread or all purpose flour.
Or you can do what I did and do 1 cup ap flour and 1 cup wheat flour.
Your choice.
1 teaspoon saltj
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 egg for egg wash
